**About the role**:
Outstanding opportunity to become a personal care worker providing quality care services to clients needing support in their own homes in
**Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, including Hawthorn, Boxhill, Doncaster, Glen Waverley, Templestowe, Blackburn and Ringwood.**

**Tasks include**:

- Personal care and general household duties to ensure the client receives the most extraordinary care
- Observe client’s wellbeing and make recommendations about care enhancements.
- Be proactive with our clients’ needs
- Maintaining records and continuous communicating with our excellent client services staff
- Participate in client reviews and work with the client’s family to honor client requests

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for an empathetic Personal Care Attendant who can inspire others, build relationships, and make a real difference. Perfect for those with experience in aged care, dementia, disability, palliative care, post-acute care, and/or mental health.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care
- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing
- Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle would be preferred
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain
- Please note: Applicants require a current driver’s license, a reliable roadworthy vehicle and full comprehensive car insurance. Our recruitment process requires to you hold a clear NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, through your relevant state government agency. Police check and NDIS Worker Screening outcomes are considered in accordance with applicable legislation standards. Furthermore, all applicants must have the right to work in Australia._
