My client, a leading Financial Service Provider, is urgently seeking a QA Automation Engineer, ideally with a background in web technology to make a significant technical contribution to their high-performing team, and support the delivery of various projects, including new, high-profile platforms.

**The Role**

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software to accelerate product development. Exceptional technical expertise and practical experience building large-scale distributed systems; defining the standards to drive a robust test automation framework.

**Must Haves**:

- Can build and develop test harnesses, frameworks, tools and infrastructure to enable test automation
- Can demonstrate coding, design, debugging and problem-solving skills
- Have an understanding of the cloud infrastructure environment
- Have previously worked with complex and legacy systems
- Web services, REST/SOAP/XML and API/Service based testing using tools such as POSTMAN and Pact
- Selenium, C#, (or Java), NodeJS, Javascript, Python, SQL, shell scripting, Playwright experience
- AWS, Azure experience
