**Not all heroes wear capes — but plenty of them use toilet paper**:
Want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup AND make a difference in the world? Come join the revolootion
**Funny name, serious business**:
We make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we've contributed over $11.22 million AUD (roughly $7.8 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we're really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we're hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation.
**A bit about the role**:
Embedded in the People & Culture team, this role will ensure our people-first principles are upheld in each opportunity to partner, provide advice, and facilitate step changes in our Executive team's (and business') ways of working. By immersing yourself in the Who Gives A Crap fold, you'll gather valuable context about our business to proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations and to understand and support the CEO in the delivery of KPIs.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in:
- You've coordinated our Executive team's weekly meetings, from scheduling to preparing agendas and taking meeting notes
- You've created an Executive team leave tracker to provide transparency around availability and travel movements while supporting itinerary planning, logístical coordination & bookings
- You've established a system to provide timely reminders to the Executive team to help them celebrate important milestones, such as direct reports' birthdays and anniversaries
- You've supported our CEO to be super involved in our company-wide strategy work
- You've proactively shared ideas and implemented solutions to help boost productivity and efficiency among our Executive team
- You've built relationships with key stakeholders across multiple geographies in our remote-first world
**Let's talk about you**:
**You are a calendar master**
You ensure our CEO's time is spent productively, anticipating busy and quiet periods, enabling him to plan his time and priorities efficiently as well as hold space for other important stuff in his life. Time zones, daylight savings and last minute cancellations don't faze you.
**You're a wordsmithing whiz and a stickler for detail**
You'll leverage your skills to help draft, proofread and edit communications including company-wide updates. You'll support prep work and attend meetings while capturing important notes and action items. You take pride in your attention to detail and what it means for the qualtiy of the work you're able to produce to support our CEO. You've also spotted the typo in that last sentence.
**You're proactive and can navigate ambiguity with ease**
You thrive on working in a dynamic, remote-first environment and you're adept at leaning on systems, processes and people to respond to (and embrace) change.
**You think fast and slow**
You enjoy keeping a pulse across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement and performance to support our CEO and his leadership team - if they're quick wins, or longer term initiatives - you're up for all of it. To foster and nurture our wider team, you're always people-first with your recommendations and how you partner with our Executive team to support strategic decisions.
**You're tech-savvy**
You are a natural tinkerer who likes to play around with tools to save resources, effort, and time. Where necessary, you think of ways to automate personal workflows to enhance your efficiency without compromising on delivering and delighting the team in your approach.
**You give a crap**
Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too
**Why should you work with us?**:
First off, as a certified B Corp, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5 we're in _very_ good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.
We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly - that's why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world,** **generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right).
Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp) tell us that our team is really proud (98%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, **_we_** **couldn't be more proud of that.
**Have you mad
