**The Role**

As a **Apprentice** **Baker**, you will:
✔ Work hands-on in a high-production environment, including mixing, shaping, baking, and finishing.
✔ Assist the Head Baker in improving processes and maintaining efficiency.
✔ Champion safety and quality standards, training, and leading by example.
✔ Collaborate to identify and resolve quality issues swiftly.
✔ Innovate - we want a **sourdough enthusiast** to help us push the boundaries.
✔ Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation standards.
✔ Promptly report equipment malfunctions.
