**More about what you'll do**
Reporting to the Commercial Pricing Manager, you will play an integral part of our overall customer retention strategy as well as supporting new business. This role will have you working closely on pricing, product selection & commercial terms for an existing portfolio of customers, along with maintaining customer profitability. Operating within a highly dynamic commercial team, opportunities for long term career are plentiful.
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide pricing, commercial and margin/profitability insights to our commercial and sales team on a regular basis
- Review and prepare customer reviews based on contractual requirements
- Analysis of Value and Price Impact differentials
- Report on product and customer profitability

You are a strategic thinker who has strong business acumen and an affinity for numbers. Curious and results oriented, you focus on the Big Picture Perspective and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Flexibility to adapt to an evolving environment and willingness to learn are also your key attributes.
To be considered for the role, you must display the following skills and attributes:
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of profit drivers and cost based analysis
- Strong market understanding ideally with knowledge in FMCG and B2B environments
- Passion for problem solving
- Three plus years experience in a similar role in pricing or data analytics
- Customer centricity and high level of adaptability
