**Flame Tree Care** is looking for a compassionate, experienced **Independent** **Care Support Worker** to support our lovely NDIS participant in Albion Park Rail.

At **Flame Tree Care**, our ideal support person is:

- Warm and down-to-earth nature
- A parent (having your own children is a bonus)
- Comfortable teaching public transport travel
- A confident driver with own reliable vehicle
- Available on **Tuesdays, Thursdays &** **Fridays**:

- Interested in **art, exercise**, **personal and physical wellbeing**:

- **Non-judgemental**, relatable, and kind
- Someone with genuine **life experience** who can connect and build trust
- Strong preference will be given to carers experienced with mental health and possessing a Cert IV in Mental Health; Counselling or similar.

If you’re passionate about supporting people to live more independently and meaningfully, we’d love to hear from you.

**Rate**:

- $45-$55ph

**Essential to have**:

- Current NDIS Worker Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Valid Full Drivers licence
- The right to work in Australia
- Minimum 100 points of ID

Pay: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
