Lead, Grail

Your role will be to lead a client-focused team in the delivery of a range of research and library services and resources to support the business requirements of member agencies of the Queensland Government. This includes:

- planning and overseeing the branch work plans and delivering on key service objectives and organisational priorities
- providing high-quality external stakeholder engagement to diverse communities of interest ensuring State Library is represented in various forums including working with clients across different levels and roles
- collaborating and forming partnerships across State Library teams in the development of strategies and services while leveraging staff expertise and support to ensure they are relevant and appropriate for government members
- managing high-level agreements and resource negotiations comprising the delivery of research and information services and resources to government member agencies. This includes the evaluation of existing services and resources, the creation of targets and reporting against agreed milestones
- Building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of agreed Memorandum of Understanding services.
