Your Impact
- Support the day-to-day operations of the village
- Implement company policies, strategies and plans to maintain residents' satisfaction.
- Contribute to effective resident management to foster strong customer relationships and support delivery of village maintenance.
- Provide assistance with the preparation of budgets, assist with budget issues and financial processing of accounts and billings.
- Support the provision of a safe working environment for all staff, contractors, visitors and residents.

We're Looking For
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to balance different priorities and manage day-to-day expectations for the residents.
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example.
- Understanding or experience in Retirement Living would be an advantage. But not essential.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and MS office suite is desirable.
- Experience in dealing and working with Committees is desirable.
