Multiple opportunities have become available for a Procurement Assistant to join the National Procurement team based in Minchinbury. **These opportunities include permanent full-time positions and 24-month fixed term contracts.**

**What does the role look like?**
- Assist Procurement Managers with developing and executing category management plans
- Develop, maintain and manage relationships with suppliers
- Drive high volume administration and project work
- Manage contracts, coordinating flow of information from internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a national contracts database
- Complete end to end sourcing activities
- Check order and invoice data against contracts
- Manage inventory and forecasting of stock
- Develop policy and procedure documents

**What we need from you?**
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with experience in sourcing and supplier relationship management essential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills vital
- Strong reporting and data management experience
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects
- Procurement Experience in ICT (Information and Communications Technology) desirable
