**What are we looking for?**

We need an office all-rounder with amazing skills using Microsoft Word & Excel, who can manage the key operating functions from onboarding trades and new team members to managing and coordinating service delivery to our clients using your excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be responsible for scheduling all our incoming works with our amazing teams and making sure that the client has a positive experience from start to finish.

You will need to be extremely adaptable as you will support our incredible team with our day-to-day business and ensure we have everything we need to be functioning at our best

**So, who are we? And what do we actually do?**

Squeeky Group is a leading, New South Wales Facilities Management, Maintenance and Cleaning company, based in Tuggerah on the Central Coast. We’ve been around for quite some time and absolutely love what we do and the difference we can make for our clients. We work very hard, a lot of the time no-one even sees us, (but they definitely notice if we aren’t there).

**Key Criteria**
- Must be available for a full-time position 9-5
- Confident computer skills including competence in outlook, word and basic excel
- Excellent customer service, telephone manner and organisational skills
- Effective at coordination of client requirements and trades schedules
- Flexibility to react when situations change and an ability to adapt and respond quickly
- Ability to contribute proactively as a member of a team

This is a complex role and attention to detail is essential. Your organisational skills and helpful personality will be required to support our team and clients.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
