**The Role**

Are you passionate about driving excellence and ensuring top-quality standards? We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality to lead our organisation's quality strategy and initiatives. This new leadership role will be key in driving continuous improvement and maintaining and enhancing the quality of our services.

Key responsibilities are summarised as follows:

- ** Strategic Leadership**:Develop and implement a forward-thinking quality strategy to meet current and future needs.
- ** Quality Management**:Design and manage robust quality systems, ensuring compliance and best practices across all business units.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, including audits, process reviews, and stakeholder feedback.
- ** Team Mentorship**:Mentor and empower quality teams to meet high standards and customer satisfaction.
- ** Change Management**:Deploy change management strategies to support organisational objectives and drive a culture of quality.

**About You**

You will be a passionate and experienced quality management specialist with the ability to lead, empower, and develop high-performing teams. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, business administration, or related field
- Knowledge of quality management systems and a solid understanding of industry regulation and compliance
- An excellent communicator with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Satisfactory Police Check

Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
