Lead Hand Opportunity at Ab Fab Catering.

Managing a team in the high volume sandwich production department.

Duties include - preparation & mis-en-place of daily ingredients, assembling sandwiches, rolls, wraps & boxed lunches and baking in-house products. You will also be involved with inventory, rostering & internal ordering.

As a trusted team member, with a meticulous eye for details, you will be trusted to be self directed and consistently uphold high quality standards while adhering to food safety standards.

35-40hrs per week, casual employment. Primarily Monday to Friday 5am - 1pm with occasional evening and weekend event work.

Pay: $30.13 - $34.96 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
