Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and unload stock in back dock from various suppliers & Metcash
- Check off on stock received, match up with invoice
- Check product is in good condition
- Check temperatures and record on Invoice as part of compliance
- Write up credits and organise returns of stock
- Organise invoices and GRS to be given to cash office
- Organise stock appropriately in back dock
- Organise stock appropriately in all cool rooms
- Check dates while filling stock
- Stock, waste, and quality control of product
- Break down boxes, plastic and packaging
- Maintaining and cleaning all store areas & back dock so that it is presentable at all times. (As per Housekeeping policy in code of conduct)
- Monitor & record any required compliance requested by management (ie temp checks, cleaning procedures)
- Follow all OHS policies and procedures
- Follow all Food Safety Regulation & Stores Food Safety Plan.
- Comply with all Companies policies and procedures along with companies Code of Conduct.
- Comply with code of conduct on appropriate work uniform & appearance
- Trolley runs & basket collection
- Create friendly environment
- Ad hoc duties requested by management
- Pulling down and filling of stock in Grocery department
- Occasional serving on registers
- These duties can be up for review for amendments by management at any time.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of receiving and unloading stock, stock control and maintenance
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Understanding of OHS policies and procedures
- Understanding of Food Safety Regulation & Stores Food Safety Plan
- Friendly and customer service-oriented

**Salary**: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pennant Hills, NSW 2120: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
