**The Opportunity**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in designing and implementing identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (e.g., user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting)
- Configure workflows, policies and rules within SailPoint to meet business requirements
- Develop and configure APIs, connectors and workflows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Perform data transformation, message routing and error handling in middleware solutions
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance
- Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance activities following DevOps best practices.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 2-5 years of experience in middleware integration and identity management
- Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests)
- Practical experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, DataWeave, connectors)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance workflows
- Basic understanding of DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD), SailPoint Certified Implementation Professional (SCIPro)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
- Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP)
