Bakers Assistant

Are you passionate about baking and ready to start your career in the world of bread-making in a large and brand new facility? OASIS is looking for a Bakery Assistant/Junior Baker to join our team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is an enthusiastic learner and wants to grow within a dynamic bakery environment, that rewards hard workers with career progression. No early mornings or late nights required Shifts are typically 11am-7pm

**Experience/Skills**:

- A strong passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to work early mornings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is a plus but not required.

**Job Type**: Casual (with opportunity to grow into Part Time / Full time)

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Experience preferred but not requiered.
