Buyers Assistant

Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for a Buyers Assistant to join our team

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to support the Buying Team in all aspects of the day to day buying functions for White Fox.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raising purchase orders for new & repeat products
- Take ownership of the supplier relationship; ensure follow up and accountability of deliveries to reach the warehouse in a timely fashion
- Carefully review all supplier invoicing & manage handover to the accounts department
- Manage end-to-end order process; internally & with external suppliers
- Assist in the analysis of category product performance across AU & US markets
- Perform size curve analysis on product prior to repeat purchase orders
- Manage data integrity and accuracy of buy plans
- Maintain relevant and effective reporting systems
- Manage timely confirmation and communication of all replenishment requests from the Buyers
- Ad-hoc administrative management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however raw talent, attitude and skills are always highly valued
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Flexible and Adaptable
- be able to re-prioritise workload based on business priorities
- Strong Communicator
- ability to form relationships across the business
