**Manager, Product - MF ANZ**

**Who We Are Looking For**:
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Massey Ferguson team in a pivotal role for Australia & New Zealand business.

The successful applicant will lead the Product Management & Product Offering function. The Manager, Product will lead a team of 5 to determine the ultimate Massey Ferguson Product Line-up for Australia & New Zealand, foster effective communication amongst key stakeholders and define best practice with respect to documented process and appropriate distribution of Roles + Responsibilities.

**What You Will Do**:

- Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Marketing the Manager, Product will play a key role in driving business performance through the successful leadership of 5 direct reports, combined with a level of Product Management & Product Offering Responsibility.
- Product Management:

- Take ownership of the relevant market segments and create strategic recommendations that will shape future customer focused product activity and provide tactical inputs to the campaign development.
- Communicate with Dealers to monitor market activity and formulate marketing strategies.
- Work with Marketing Communications Department and Dealers to develop advertising and sales promotion activities.
- Provide in house training and when necessary, visit individual dealers to do so.
- Travel to source factories, where required, to be trained on new product releases.
- Realise the development of business opportunities through modelling and analysis.
- Develop and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the business’ tools, systems and processes.
- Maintain awareness of current stock levels and future product arrivals so as to ensure optimum levels are in country.
- Product Offering:

- Manage on a regional basis the specification offering, list price creation/updates and the maintenance of our different systems across product groups (tractors, etc) from several different factories we are in charge (eg: France, China, etc.)
- In charge of regional maintenance of our systems and specific product to allow the creation of customer price lists and orders in our region, in co-ordination mainly with the Product Management Team (factory and local) but also with other departments;
- Ensure that systems are up to date to maintain and produce price lists for ANZ region ;
- Keep up to date data for costs, prices, configurations, configuration rules, etc. within SAP and ensure SAP data is compatible with downstream systems (ie. CPQ);
- Maintain the offer’s compatibility for each ANZ markets;
- Provide guideline and advice to other regions and other departments in order to limit and reduce the complexity and the feasibility trough a good coordination and communication;
- Actively participate to the Digital Customer experience (OneDigital) deployment.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic/ analytical/ agriculture roles
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/ Marketing/ Agriculture

**A Plus If You Have**:

- Minimum Level of Education Required for position : Bachelor’s Degree
- Complex/Advanced problem solving skills - Requires a wide range of activities that require complex judgement and solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternatives. In-depth analysis with interpretive thinking will be required to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Extensive research may be required.
