Our Client is a leading Global Consultancy Firm who are looking for experienced and skilled Capital & Debt Market Specialists to join our Debt & Capital Advisory team. As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in helping Clients create value and solve complex capital & debt solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with clients and originate new transactions
- Lead transaction execution, including credit analysis, financial modeling, and legal documentation
- Deliver clear recommendations using your in-depth debt product and market knowledge
- Train and mentor junior team members to promote their professional development
- Share your thought leadership in the debt and capital markets space

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in corporate or institutional banking, leverage finance, or debt advisory
- Proven track record in deal structuring and negotiating debt and capital funding transactions
- Excellent engagement and communication skills to build relationships and effectively communicate complex information
- Ability to work collaboratively in an innovative environment
- Background in Leverage Loans, Securitization, or Infrastructure Finance preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and high level of integrity
