**About the Role**

This role will suit someone who has a genuine interest in creating business systems that facilitate organisational efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and continual improvement.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Delivering allocated client projects aimed at enhancing overall business efficiency and performance, including achieving ‘certification readiness’ to one or more ISO Standards as applicable
- Conducting gap analysis and mapping business processes by assessing and analysing clients’ systems and organisational structures through the review and documentation of procedural materials, while liaising with clients to observe workflows.
- Contributing to ensuring the Business Management System is applied in our workplace, and procedures are followed for all Quality, Information Security, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements
- Implementation of the developed management system through workshops and coaching with the client
- Conducting internal audits of client systems and preparing findings and reports in line with relevant industry standards and best practices.

**About you**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or higher degree in Business or related field
- Management System training and Certification(s)

**Experience**: At least 1 year experience as a Management Consultant.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
