We’re seeking experienced and reliable **subcontract cleaners** to join our growing cleaning team in Melbourne. You’ll work on a variety of cleaning jobs including **end-of-lease cleans, general residential cleans, and commercial sites**.

This role is ideal for professional cleaners who already operate under their own ABN and have the skills, equipment, and motivation to deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **end-of-lease cleans**, **general home cleaning**, and **commercial cleaning** to a high standard.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards for every job.
- Use your own professional cleaning equipment and products (a **materials and product list** will be provided to ensure consistency).
- Travel between jobs within Melbourne - a **reliable vehicle is essential**.
- Communicate effectively with clients and our support team.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail on all sites.
- Attend occasional training or support sessions to ensure service quality and consistency.

**Requirements**:

- ABN - must be registered as a subcontractor.
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (end-of-lease cleaning highly desirable).
- Must provide a current National Police Check prior to starting.
- Must have your own cleaning equipment and products; a checklist of required materials will be provided.
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
