**About the role**

We are very excited to be seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our amazing team, based in NSW

Reporting into our People & Culture Business Partner in VIC, you will demonstrate an excellent customer service philosophy, and able to communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Main responsibilities_
- Provide timely & accurate HR advice and coaching to our Operations Managers, involving performance management, award interpretation and industrial relations.
- Guide and resolve employee grievances.
- Policy development & maintenance
- Support the WHS Advisor on initiatives in your region, including risk management and being a representative on the WHS Committee
- Drive employee engagement and retention processes.
- Ensure HRIS data management and reporting is accurate and provided on a timely basis.
- Undertake general HR administration & project work as required.

Ideally you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR or similar.
