**The opportunity**
If you are an experienced Nurse and thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to make a positive difference for our clients living independently in the community, we have the perfect role for you roles available Monday to Friday, based at our Parafield office.
**Key responsibilities**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hands-on leader who is looking for a life changing career and has a passion for improving lives within the community and driving the future of in-home care.
You will coordinate a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses by providing clinical leadership in a home care community setting.
Your day will involve managing clinical and other care needs for community clients, resolving complex clinical issues, and the ongoing support, mentoring and development of your team.
**About you**
- Current Registered Nurse registration with the AHPRA
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and coordinating resources
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to make informed decisions and problem solve
- A strong team focus with the ability to also work autonomously
- An understanding of care delivery requirements within a community environment
- A current Australian drivers’ licence
