Hunter & Barrel is a vibrant restaurant and bar that celebrates world-class meats and produce inspired by ‘the hunter’ paired with delicious and innovative craft beverages inspired ‘by the barrel’. Our vision is to create a restaurant and bar that makes our guests feel a visit with us is a celebration enjoying exceptional food and unique beverages in a social and comfortable atmosphere.

**We are opening a brand-new restaurant in Parramatta and are looking for experienced Grillers to join our culinary team. **At Hunter & Barrel, our kitchen is a fast-paced environment coupled with a high standard for quality that must not be compromised. Reporting to the Head Chef, your duties will include:

- Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
- Prepares items for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or manager-on-duty.
