CeX is a retailer that deals with all things digital. Phones, Games, Computers and Electronics, that's our business. CeX is a unique two-way retailer that only deals in trade-ins. The customer is our supplier, so good customer service skills are a must.

As our business is growing, we are looking for people to join us this busy Christmas season CeX stores are fast-paced and organisation skills are required. We embrace all styles Task master? People person? Motivator? Sales gun? There is value for everyone What can you bring?

Criteria

To work for us, you must be legally entitled to work in Australia and have no criminal convictions

We desire individuals who possess the following
- Customer service and communication skills
- Can use POS systems and registers
- Knowledge of our products
- Shows traits of initiative
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Can take direction
- Are reliable

**Job Types**: Casual

Casual hours: 10-20 per week with potentail to grow closer to Christmas

Schedule:

- **Must be available Monday-Sunday All Day**:

- On call
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.52 - $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $21.52 - $25.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
