**The Role**
Ventia are seeking a Warehouse / Store Person to join our Defence team in Amberley. This is a full-time position working a 9-day fortnight.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform stores, warehousing, distribution and transport activities
- Ensure proper custody of stores, e.g. stock check of quantities check for deterioration of equipment, expiry of shelf life & Security of inventory
- Co-ordinate a small group of up to five people, which may include a specialist team
- Provide guidance to staff on occupational health and safety requirements
- Participate in monthly Toolbox Meetings

**Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
- Store, Warehouse, Distribution, Transport experience
- Defence Industry background and experience with Defence Inventory Systems (MILIS) is a plus
- Drivers Licence (Car / Light rigid truck)
- Current Forklift License (LF)
- Must be Australian Citizen capable of obtaining a Defence Security Clearance
