**About the Role**
- We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Workforce Planner** to join our team on a **permanent** **part time**basis, covering 24 hours per week. This position reports to the Workforce Coordinator and is key to the payroll and rostering process across our IRT Sydney region.

**The role will be covering**:
**Week 1**
- **Wednesday**: 11:00am to 7:30pm
- **Thursday**: 11:00am to 7:30pm
- **Friday**: 11:00am to 7:30pm

**Week 2**
- **Monday**: 11:00am to 7:30pm
- **Wednesday**: 5:45am to 2:15pm
- **Friday**: 5:45am to 2:15pm
- As a Workforce Planner, you will assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster our employee resources. You will be responsible for the publishing of rosters, processing of employee status changes and employment transactions whilst using your knowledge of interpreting relevant industrial instruments to provide a professional service to our staff.

- Previous experience in Rostering and/or another similar positio
