**THE ROLE**

An exciting new opportunity exists at a leading commercial furniture manufacturing and supply company for a Product Data Configurator.

Zenith are recruiting for a detail focused Data professional. The role involves building, testing and maintenance of Bill of Materials in Pronto ERP System, in addition to new part creation. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of the technical and engineering aspects of manufactured products and components and be competent in interpreting technical and engineering product information.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES**

Reporting to the Product Development and Systems Manager, the key accountability of the Product Data Configurator is to create and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) in Zenith’s ERP system.

To meet this, some of your duties will include:

- Maintain communication with key stakeholders to gather relevant technical/engineering product information.
- Maintain a good knowledge of the technical and engineering aspects affecting the manufactured components and products.
- Interpret technical/engineering product information.
- Bill of Materials configuration and maintenance in ERP system.
- Testing of BOM performance.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Proven experience using formulas in Excel and/or experience with Microsoft Expression Builder.
- Preferably have experience with an ERP system e.g., Pronto, SAP.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and engineering processes with clarity.

- A proven team player with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
- Have a flexible and self-motivated approach to work.
