We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Tower Pilates Instructor** to join our growing team. You’ll be delivering reformer-style Tower Pilates sessions designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence in a premium wellness setting.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead small-group Tower Pilates classes (max 12 clients/class)
- Offer clear, encouraging instruction tailored to all fitness levels
- Deliver classes that balance physical challenge and mindful movement
- Build strong relationships with clients and support their goals
- Maintain a professional, welcoming studio atmosphere

**Requirements**:

- A current Pilates certification (Mat or Reformer acceptable)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for movement, wellness, and delivering a premium experience
- Friendly, professional attitude and ability to adapt to client needs
- Not trained in Tower Pilates yet? We are open to instructors who hold a general Pilates qualification and are willing to complete Tower Pilates training. We offer partial reimbursement or co-funding for eligible instructors after a set training period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
