**About Us**
The DON brand is Australia’s most loved smallgoods brand and creates a range of bacon, ham, continentals, franks and salami in our Castlemaine facility.
- We are currently looking for Production Assistants to join us immediately. Our site is a state-of-the-art facility and is the largest manufacturer in regional Victoria with approximately 1,300 team members._

**About the Job**
We produce a large range of meat-based products and rely on our dedicated workforce to create these much-loved products. We are recruiting for Packing and Operator Team Members to commence work immediately; responsibilities include: Slicing, Dicing and packing of our amazing products.

**Shift times**:
9:00am - 3:00pm

5:00pm - 12:00am

**About You**
To be successful, you MUST BE:

- Fit and able to work in VERY physical roles in this shift pattern
- Be reliable, we need to run a production line that requires all team members to be present.
- Available to work 5 days a week, Monday - Friday between (at least) 9am - 3pm, with many options to extend these times now or later.
- Be able to perform manual tasks in a cold environment for your full shift
- Have excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality
