We're looking for a Venue Manager to lead our exciting venue in Tea Tree Plaza

**What’s the gig?**
As a Leader in the business, you’ll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly - from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You’ll oversee the store’s day-to-day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything’s running smoothly.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
- Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
- Day to day inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
- Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
- Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
- Responsible for venue P&L management.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Someone with leadership experience in retail or hospitality (Bonus if you have experience in QSR)
- A people person - you thrive on bringing out the best in your team and making customers feel like family.
- A go-getter with a positive attitude, ready to take on anything with a smile.
- Someone who’s organised, proactive, and always looking to improve.
