As Test Analyst, you will evaluate computer hardware and software following the build/development phase to ensure that it meets specific technical and business requirements. This role will specialise in identifying and rectifying errors that have been overlooked during the developmental phase, thereby ensuring that the product works efficiently and support both operational and project activities as and when required.
Your responsibilities include:

- Execute functional, non-functional, user-acceptance tests and documenting related test results.
- Execute test scripts / test cases to ensure scope and business coverage.
- Performing and documenting the results of each test cycle and producing reports to summarise findings where relevant.
- Liaise with the software development team as needed for test formulation and defect resolution.
- Monitor, track, and report on system defects; verify defect resolution when implemented.
- Run diagnostic and system testing and present the information to the relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or related technical discipline.
- Desirable - ISTQB certified.
- Good knowledge of software development, agile test methodology, analytical skills, and a good ability to foresee technical problems.
- Knowledge and experience in working with any of the functional test automation tools such as Jira, Dev Ops, Selenium, SoapUI, Tosca, Playwright, Postman, etc.
- The ability to write and articulate reports on technical assessments.
- Demonstrated experience of coding in computer languages such as C, C#, Python, Java Script is desirable.
