Alfred Health is the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne and is also a major provider of specialist services to people across Victoria. The health service operates three outstanding facilities, The Alfred, Caulfield, and Sandringham. The Alfred Psychology Department includes Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology Working across all sites and programs.

**What you’ll be doing**

The Neuropsychology Educator works in the Alfred Health Psychology Education Team, led by the Principal Psychology Educator. The Psychology Education Team collaboratively coordinate, develop, facilitate, and evaluate a broad range of professional development programs for Alfred Health psychology staff, post-graduate psychology students, and psychology registrars, across Alfred Mental and Addiction Health, Acute, and Subacute services at The Alfred and Caulfield Hospital. The Psychology Educators work together on a range of programs and projects, including collaboration with AMAH Educators, Allied Health Educators, and the Lived Experience Workforce. This will include coordination of the Psychology Student Placement Program, the Registrar Learning and Development Program, and Psychology Professional Development Program, and providing supervision. Psychology Educators will have a vital role to play in supporting the learning, development, and support needs of Alfred Health's psychology workforce.

**About you**
- A passion for providing psychology clinical education - including developing/delivering training, providing clinical supervision, coordinating education activities, and supporting the learning and development of psychologists in public health and mental health settings.
- Extensive postgraduate psychology experience at a senior level in public health settings.
- Knowledge of the learning requirements and support structures for postgraduate students completing external placements, and the learning requirements for psychologists undertaking a registrar program.
- AHPRA registration under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009
- Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology
- PsyBA endorsement as a Clinical Neuropsychologist
- PsyPA approved supervisor
- At least 8-10 years’ experience working as a registered clinical neuropsychologist
- Completion of an Educational Qualification, and/or experience in delivering clinical education or academic tutoring
- Australian working rights
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
- Be willing to undergo a Background Check
