**The Company A large, complex leader in infrastructure & transport, that has recently merged with it's key global competitor is urgently recruit three payroll specialists on a contract basis. The regional business, in ANZ, is going through a massive integration project with critical deadlines to go live on a consolidated payroll & HRIS system. As a number of key members of the payroll team have been seconded onto the project, to support the achievement of strict "go-live" dates, the function is looking to recruit agile, technically sound & customer focused payroll specialists to strengthen their BAU payroll team on a contract basis. - Monthly, fortnightly & weekly payroll processing - Process & Payroll Documentation - Payroll Queries & Customer Service - Auditing & Checking Payroll - Manual Adjustments & Calculations - Leave Accruals - GL Coding - Prepare Month End Journals - Payroll Reconciliations - Workers Compensation, GL The roles are for a minimum of five months on a temporary basis. The business is consolidating, however due to the size & complexity of the merged function, there will be opportunities. The leadership of the payroll & wider HR function is fantastic; the Senior Payroll Manager is dedicated to backing her team & has a positive & empathetic outlook. The team are encouraged to attend the office 1-2 days per week, but they support work from home. Some of the most significant transformation in payroll & HR systems consolidation are happening concurrently with this high profile merger.
