We are looking for an experienced and driven person to join our growing team at Fico, an award winning, fast paced restaurant located in Hobart’s CBD

The role will require you to have:

- Experience in a busy restaurant/bar
- A can-do attitude, enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail and desire to offer exceptional hospitality
- Great communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team and run a section
- Initiative and a passion for food and drink
- Bar experience and good wine knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Valid RSA
