As an Arranger Conductor your working career could mean a whole lot more serving families in your local community to arrange and prepare all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one. **Duties of an Arranger Conductor include**:
- Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.
- Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutionsImplement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family
**About you**:
- You have a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem - solving and customer satisfaction
- Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
- Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
- Excellent communication and high attention to detail
- Willing to become a Justice of the Peace (JP)
- Possess a full unrestricted driver’s license
