Offsider Assembly Labourer

- Assembly role + Occasional Delivery Driving

**Position Overview**: As the Offsider to the Dispatch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting dispatch operations, occasional delivery driving, and contributing to the assembly and manufacturing functions. This position is well-suited for an individual who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about maintaining a smooth workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Dispatch Manager in coordinating and organising dispatch activities.
- Occasionally undertake delivery driving responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with the assembly team to contribute to the efficient production
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment for both dispatch and assembly needs.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products in line with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assembly and dispatch areas.
- Assist with additional tasks as required by the dispatch and production teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in assembly, dispatch, or related roles is advantageous.
- Physical fitness with the ability to lift and move items as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision in work.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and a willingness to adhere to them
