We are a small bakery specialising in sourdough bread, pastries and cakes. We have a tight menu, but what we do, we do well. We use Little Italy beans to compliment our artisan baked goods.

**We are seeking an experienced barista with customer experience.**

Minimum 2 years experience managing 4-5kg daily.

**2 days**
**Friday 6am-1pm**
**Saturday 6:15am-3:30pm**

**Essential**:independent running of the section (incl ordering). Ability to develop and grow demand for our coffee. Previous experience in FOH / customer service preferable.

**Skills valued**: attention to detail, a real hunger to learn, not accepting of mediocrity and a passion for all things coffee is a must. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a small team.

**Salary**: $31.09 - $37.31 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 18 per week
