**About the opportunity**
We are currently seeking a dedicated and focused Roster Coordinator with strong administrative background to join our industry experienced team at our **Moran Sylvania home.**
**The role will provide administrative support to team leaders and support employees. **A particular focus of the position will be to ensure that the roster is appropriately filled in accordance with client service agreement, care plan, staff availability and Moran's enterprise agreement requirements.
You will work with a wonderful team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.

**About the Role**
- Manage the staffing roster which includes creating a fortnightly working roster
- Receive leave requests, schedule leave in consultation with managers.
- Manage daily time and attendance records
- Finalise the roster for each pay period
- Liaise with Recruitment team for staff replacements and coordinate on-boarding
- Respond to employee requests for roster queries and changes to availability top work
**About You**
- Rosters experience or accounting background (highly desirable)
- Ability to communicate effectively (both written and spoken) with a range of stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong planning skills.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team and independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience
- Experience working in a large Aged Care Facility (desirable)
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current influenza vaccination
