Cluster Manager

In the role as Cluster Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the Managers and Supervisors in the co-ordination of contracted areas and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and ensure the requirements of the Hotels are met.

We are seeking a Cluster Manager to assist with the Management of our Brisbane and Gold Coast Portfolio.

**The Role: -**
- Lead and Coach Site Managers and Supervisors in the management and co-ordination of their hotels
- Assist your team to manage staffing levels of all frontline and supervisory team members
- Oversee and ensure daily budget requirements of designated hotels are achieved
- Assist in the implementation, delivery and compliance with the policies and procedures as outlined in the Quality Assurance Manual for each hotel
- Ensure required quality standards of cleanliness at designated hotels
- Establish and maintain a strong partnership with the client at the designated hotels
- To ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of employees and others
- Motivating and devloping your team to achieve the highest level of service
- Ensuring a smooth daily operation across the department
- Monitoring and maintaining the hotel's brand standards
- Training and managing the performance of our Managers and Supervisors

**What we are looking for: -**
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an Executive Housekeeper role or experience in a similar role
- A leader who drives team motivation and manages performance
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Polished presentation, high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple Hotels
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Understanding of safe work practices and efficient housekeeping procedures
- Passionate about providing fantastic guest experiences
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Highly motivated and posses a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $84,999.00 per year
