**About the Role**:
As the **Store Manager**, you'll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our Butterboy Manly store. You'll oversee everything from team performance and financial goals to product quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll inspire your team, optimise store operations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Leadership**: Drive team performance to meet growth targets and sales goals.
- Work with the Retail Manager to create and implement sales strategies, promotions, and offers.
- Maintain financial goals, wage budgets, and expense management to keep the store profitable.
- **Operational Excellence**: Collaborate with our Senior Baker to ensure high product quality, consistency, and cost-effective operations.
- Oversee all store systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations.
- **Customer Experience**: Guarantee a consistent, exceptional customer experience in line with Butterboy values.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead the Front of House (FOH) team with enthusiasm and in alignment with Butterboy's culture and brand values.
- Recruit, Train, develop, and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and assist in bakery operations
- Create a positive, communicative team culture that fosters collaboration and growth.
- **Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)**: Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and food safety standards

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to inspire a team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, sales targets, and expenses.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in bakery or food retail, with a good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
