**Trident Services** is on the lookout for motivated, professional, and customer-focused **Security Officers** to join our **Event Team**. If you’re passionate about safety, enjoy high-energy environments, and love working with people - this is your opportunity to shine.
- **About the Role** You’ll be part of a dedicated security team providing top-tier service and safety at some of the city’s biggest events. Your role will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service to eventgoers
- Ensuring public safety and identifying risks
- Handling enquiries with professionalism and care
- Managing incidents calmly with effective conflict resolution skills
- Being prepared for emergencies and following site protocols
- A **current QLD Security License** (including **Crowd Control**)
- Valid **RSA**:

- Up-to-date **First Aid & CPR certificates**:

- Strong communication and people skills
- A professional appearance and high personal integrity
- Availability to work at **events** (including evenings and weekends)
