**CBGU JV** is working on Queensland’s largest infrastructure project and we’re building our team for the future. South East Queensland is about to embark on a period of sustained growth in the lead up to the 2032 Olympics, and we are thrilled to be involved in developing Cross River Rail, which will forever change the way Queenslander’s travel.

**CBGU JV** brings together CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnel and Station Package for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail, the 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new underground stations at Roma Street, Albert Street, Boggo Road and Woolloongabba, where the future upgraded Olympic stadium will stand.

All project sites and offices are based in inner city Brisbane, and what’s not to love. Queensland’s ‘River City’ is booming with activity, while still retaining its laidback lifestyle. Reporting to the Recruitment lead.

**The Role**

Working in the HR Recruitment team, this position will be coordinate the Blue Collar resourcing for the project.
- Ensure all procedures are adhered to and appropriate authorisation received for all decisions
- Processing the applicants, creating position requisitions, creating offers, organising medicals and reference checks
- Accurately maintain all records of recruitment and applicants within the filing structure and software packages
- Work collaboratively and support the Project Managers and Leads to manage their resourcing requirements within required timeframes
- Take proactive steps to ensure the selection and on boarding process for employees is positive - contribute to the project reputation as an attractive employer

**Your experience and skills**
- Previous experience as a HR/Recruitment Coordinator or Administrator with exposure to blue collar recruitment and EBA's
- An adaptable resourcing approach to deliver best outcomes, with a focus on high quality hiring.
- A team approach to getting the best results
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel
- Proficient using HR/Recruitment software Taleo and SAP or similar an advantage however training provided
- Assist the White Collar and HR Coordinators
