We have an exciting opportunity for a **Chiropractic Assistant** to join our team in our Glenelg practice on a casual basis (18+ hours per week). Flexibility to work split shifts is essential, with availability on Monday and Wednesday afternoons essential.

Day to day roles and responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant:

- Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
- Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
- Assisting our Chiropractors ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
- Educating and loving our practice members.
- A passion for health
- Customer service experience and enjoyment at working with patients of all age groups.
- A brilliant phone manner.
- Administration skills and experience are advantageous.
- Excellent organization skills
- High energy

Prior customer service experience would be ideal, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant in a supportive environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.59 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
