**The Role**:
Working in a Director’s Team alongside some of the best in business, this is an opportunity to get exposure to the top end of the Sutherland Shire's market. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

- Lead Generation & Support for the Sales Team
- Cold calling, Prospecting, Warm Calls - You will be given Leads
- Database management
- Relationship building
- Coordination and placement of advertising and marketing material
- Auction day preparation and attendance
- Attending buyer appointments and open for inspections
- Regular meetings and training sessions
- Ad hoc tasks
- Current Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- High professional profile
- Strong presentation skills
- Initiative and confidence
- Work effectively within a variety of situations, individuals and groups
- Must have at least 6 months of experience working as a sales associate
