Join a Federal Government Call Centre as a Team Supervisor within a highly respected Department

**Your new company**
This Government Department’s focal point is about collaborating people, policies and programs in order to make a difference in the lives of thousands of Australians every day. Based in the CBD, this organisation is supporting people in need. They are seeking multiple team supervisors to join their CBD based Contact Centre.

**Your new role**
As a Team Supervisor you will be performing a number of front line activities for the mentoring and running of your team of 10-15 front line customer service officers. This will include, leading from the front in the delivery of exceptional customer service to callers, providing clear direction, support and guidance to the team through effective coaching and mentoring, including the preparation and delivery of training and allocating workloads. You will also provide support to the wider team by assisting in projects, identifying and working to implement change in processes and policy and work closely with team manager and assistant directors to respond and provide strategic direction.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working within a Contact Centre
- Demonstrated ability in coaching a team to achieve an exceptional customer experience
- The ability to work autonomously and sound judgement in making decisions
- Initiative, flexibility, and resilience
- Experience contributing to results as part of an operational management team
- The ability to work cohesively and productively across multiple IT platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor communication delivery and resolve issues
