**Restoration Manager**

**Qualifications**:

- Must have experience/knowledge in water/fire damage restoration and mould remediation.
- Must have business management experience
- Must have resources to find jobs
- Must have a current open driver’s license.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary depends on your experience
- Get a performance bonus commission if you can do up-selling and more bookings
- Above Award rate plus Super and Legal Entitlements
- A vehicle can be provided for the successful applicant to travel to and from work

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify areas where repairs are needed
- Use and general maintenance of machinery.
- Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Weekly bonus
