We have a permanent part-time position available for an In Home Support Worker supporting our clients across the Gold Coast from Coolangatta to Coomera River.

**Your Role**

As an In Home Support Worker you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

- Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
- Undertaking domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Providing support duties such as shopping, transport etc
- Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our clients' care

**Your Attributes**

We're looking for a person who has what it takes to make a difference in our clients' lives. You have:

- A genuine interest in helping clients live their best life in their own home
- positive attitude towards health and wellbeing
- The flexibility to work a varied roster

**How You'll Benefit**

You'll become part of the Ozcare family and you will receive:

- 5 weeks annual leave plus leave loading (pro-rated)
- NFP Salary Packaging and entertainment and meals card totalling $18,550 per year
- Uniform and laundry allowance
- Paid kms and travel time between clients
- Mobile phone supplied
- Employee Assistance Program

**Role Requirements**
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
- Current Queensland driver's licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
- Good computer & mobile device skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
