We aim to recruit and sustain a workforce focused on the shared vision of the college. **The Position** An opportunity exists for a suitable experienced and qualified educator to join our Primary School as a Primary Enhancement Teacher. This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed-term position (to the end of the 2025 School Year) is available for an experienced Learning Enhancement Teacher to provide integrated learning support at Primary School level (Prep - Year 6). Commencement: Monday 21 July 2025 (commencement of Term 3) **The School** Billanook College is an independent, co-educational Early Learning to Year 12 school situated in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The school has an enrolment of approx. 950 students and 160 staff. Our staff are instrumental in creating and maintaining our strong, positive culture. Students’ behaviour depends on many factors: a solid sense of self-worth; good positive peer-group friendships and connections; belonging at school and at home, and an awareness of their ability to succeed - particularly outside the classroom.
