About the Role:
Due to continuous growth of our business, we are looking for experienced and dedicated **Kitchen Hands** to become part of our professional and hard-working kitchen team. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Assist in the production of high quality dishes following The Meat & Wine Co standards.
- Food prep & cleaning kitchen equipment
- Interest in development and progression within a growing company.
- Contributing to the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant.
- OH&S compliant with strict food hygiene practices.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience in a similar high volume environment.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.
- Have attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
