**The Position**:
**_ We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Services Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is based at our Freemason's home in Bellerive, Tasmania. _**

The position is responsible to oversee, coordinate, monitor and evaluate an efficient and effective preventative and corrective maintenance program for buildings, equipment and grounds at the facility.

The Maintenance Services Supervisor is responsible for managing the maintenance team to ensure Respect's sites (building's, equipment and motor vehicles) are maintained to the required standard.

You will liaise where required with all Respect employees, residents and externa contractors and suppliers.

**Requirements**:
**What you can bring to the role**:

- Experience in maintenance and grounds management.
- A current C Class Driver's License
- Knowledge or experience in establishing and coordinating a maintenance program.
- A genuine interest for working in aged care.
- An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
- A relevant trade background would be highly regarded but not essential._
